We provide a range of specialist services that include psychological assessments, clinical and therapeutic services and tailored clinical supports and learning and development services across disability and other service sectors. Our wealth of shared experience spans decades in government and non-government disability and mental health services, education, justice and compensable insurance schemes (TAC, NDIS etc) and the provision of psychological services.

We provide psychological and therapeutic services that include psychological assessments, therapy and counselling for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges (for instance, personal and social relationships, grief and loss, trauma) that often lead to conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment issues, and other mental health issues. We adopt practical and targeted psychoeducation and support approaches for improving wellbeing, emotional regulation and for overall personal development.

Psychology and Specialist Assessment Services

We provide tailored assessments to determine support needs (including for disability related supports) through specialist assessments such as cognitive assessments, behavioural assessments, and screening assessments for ASD, ADHD (adults and children), learning difficulties and other needs.

We also provide forensic risk assessments for people involved in the criminal justice system or at risk of contact with the justice system, or subject to certain legal and civil detention orders (such as Supervised Treatment Orders under the Victorian disability legislation).

Tailored Clinical and Therapeutic Services

We are often sought after to provide a range of tailored services. Examples our of support  have included  Employee Assistance Programs (EAP); school wide counselling and assessment services; and support to navigate and apply for the NDIS. In these instances, we listen to the needs, provide advice and tailor the delivery of supports addressing the specific needs of the organisation (for example, a learning program for teaching staff, along with specialist assessments and a student wellbeing/engagement focused counselling service at a community school; EAP/debriefing service to a youth and family services agency; assisting NDIS access applications for clients of a community health service; clinical supervision of a therapy team at a disability day service agency etc.).  In each of these instances, our clinicians and consultants have gone above and beyond the brief and achieved positive outcomes for partner agencies.
